Blogging about the Battlefield since 2005

Welcome to an old member and to new contributors

Posted by Daniel Sauerwein on June 21, 2007

Recently, I posted a call on the H-War group for contributors for this site.  I am happy to say that some have responded.  With that I would like to announce and welcome our new contributors (some have yet to respond to the invites, as they emailed me just today).

Yan Mann-graduate student in History at St. John’s University

James Mc Intyre-Instructor in History at  Moraine Valley Community College

Walt Cross-Vietnam veteran of the 1st Infantry Division and writer.

In addition to our new faces, one old hat from the Blogger version of the site has returned.  Buck Sargent (pen name of active-duty Army veteran) brings his experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan and other knowledge to the blog.  I look forward to seeing the postings from all our contributors.  If you are interested in joining the staff, please email me.
